Frosty Forest | Appleton

Where: Third floor of The Fox Cities Building for the Arts

Details: Frosty Forest is a holiday scavenger hunt for kids. Upon entrance, children will be given a map. They will be looking for special holiday items along the way. Once they are finished, they will receive a small gift, a holiday cookie and have the opportunity to write a letter to Santa! There will be photo opportunities with costume characters on select days. Check website for character days. Children 3 and up – $5 (max of 2 adults per child ticket purchased); Children 2 and under – FREE


Merry-Time Festival of Trees | Sturgeon Bay

When: November 11 – December 12
Where: Door County Maritime Museum
Time: 10 am – 5 pm
Details: The museum will boast beautiful trees decorated by local businesses and organizations. Adults are $10. Children are free with nominal donation to Cana Island Restoration Project.


Santa is Waiting, Baypark Square Mall | Green Bay

Festival of Trees | Green Bay

When: November 16-January 7
Where: National Railroad Museum
Time: 9 am – 5 pm
Details: Enjoy the museum’s indoor train exhibits and see more than 40 trees decorated by local businesses and nonprofit organizations. Museum admission is reduced to $5.00 per person during the Festival of Trees.


A Christmas Carol | Green Bay

When: November 16-18
Where: Riverside Ballroom
Time: 6 pm Dinner, 7 pm  Show (Thurs & Fri); Noon lunch, 1 pm show (Sat)
Details: Meal and Show : $44/person; Show only: $30/person

Evergleams on Eighth | Manitowoc

When: November 17-January 7
Where: Downtown Manitowoc
Daytime tours at 11 am or 1:30 pm. Twilight tourse at 4, 5, and 6 pm.
Details: Learn about the Evergleam Aluminum tree that started a national craze in 1959. Trolley tours avaialable November 25 or  December 16. Trolley times at 11 am or 1:30 pm during the day or  twilight tours at 4, 5, and 6 pm.


Christkindlmarkt | Kewaunee

When: November 17-18
Where: Lakehaven Hall
Time: Friday, 3-9 pm, Saturday 9 am – 4 pm
Details: Enjoy an old-fashioned German Christmas market held at the historic Lakehaven Hall!  


Nutcracker in the Castle | Oshkosh

When: November 17-January 8
Where: The Paine
Time: Various
Details: $12/Adult, $8/Child, Members FREE for self-guided tours. See website for guided tour and candlelight tour rates. Friday, November 17th from 4:30-7:30 pm children are FREE with a paid adult for a candlelight tour. Toy donation is encouraged.


Santa’s Calling | Appleton Residents Only

When: November 17-December 1
Where: Appleton Parks and Rec or Appleton Public Library
Time: Santa will make calls Monday, December 4; Preschool & Kindergarten from 5-7 p.m. and Grades 1 & 2 from 7-8 p.m
Details: This program is offered by Appleton Parks and Recreation for Appleton children ages 3-8 (Pre K – 2).  Your child may receive a telephone call directly from Santa Claus! Complete a Santa Calling form and return in to our office or submit it online to [email protected] Forms are also available at Customer Service or the Appleton Public Library. Deadline to complete form is December 1st.


 

Breakfast with the Grinch | Oshkosh

When: Saturday, November 18th
Where: Oshkosh Convention Center
Time: 2 sessions. 8:30 am & 10:00 am
Details: Enjoy a Green Eggs & Ham theme buffet with the Grinch himself! Ticket price includes: buffet breakfast with one beverage, a Grinch color sheet, word puzzle, bookmark, and 5×7 picture with the Grinch! 3 and under are FREE. Ages 4-10 are $6 and  11 and older are $14.


Whoville Holiday | Oshkosh

When: Saturday, November 18th
Where: Downtown Oshkosh
Time: 8:30 am – 4 pm
Details: Whoville themed activities/specials will be offered throughout Downtown Oshkosh. Enjoy carriage rides and free showings of How the Grinch Stole Christmas at the Time Community Theatre.


Pancakes with Pup Patrol | Green Bay

When: November 18
Where: Backstage at the Meyer Theatre and Black & Tan
Time: Times vary by location
Details: Meet the characters and take photos in the complimentary professional photo-booth, take part in children’s activities, and enjoy a pancake breakfast. Ticket includes reserved VIP seating at the beginning of the 34th Annual Prevea Green Bay Holiday Parade


Christmas on the Farm | Kewaunee

Where: Agricultural and Heritage Resources, Inc

Details: Enjoy delicious baking and food, children’s acitivites, and more! Christmas on the Farm is part of the Kewaunee Chamber’s Christmas Stroll, so stop on in and get your stamp! Local vendors will be on hand, so plan to get some of your shopping done.


Holiday Extravaganza | Green Bay

Where: Children’s Museum of Green Bay
Time: 11 am – 1 pm
Details: Visit with Santa and Bruce the Spruce! Enjoy Christmas carols, BINGO with police officers and fire fighters, and more!


Children’s Only Shop | Green Bay

When: November 18, 24-25; December 2, 9, 16, 20
Where: Neville Public Museum
Time: Times vary by date
Details: Let the kids get their shopping done in this re-creation of the Prange’s holiday experience from yesteryear. Children ages 4 -12 can purchase holiday gifts at $3 each and have them gift-wrapped.


Deck the Halls | Oshkosh

When: November 18-December 31
Where: Oshkosh Public Museum
Time: Tuesday-Saturday 10 am – 4:30 pm; Sunday 1-4:30 pm
Details: Come view the historic Sawyer home decorated in its holiday splendor. Also, enjoy the life-size Christmas Village exhibit. Under 18 FREE; Adults $3.50


Santa’s Calling | Ashwaubenon Residents Only

When: November 20-December 4
Where: Forms available at Rec Office, Ashwaubenon HS Pool or the library. Completed forms must be returned to Parks and Rec office by December 4
Time: Calls will be placed on Thursday, December 7th from 5-7 pm
Details: Make your child’s Christmas a little brighter with a call from Santa!

Details: Annual lighting of the lights and a visit from Santa. Enjoy hot chocolate, cookies, and music.


Fang’s Holiday Extravaganza | Appleton

Where: Timber Rattlers Stadium (Neuroscience Group Field)

A Frank’s Christmas | Green Bay

Details: Tickets $33. Let’s Be Frank Productions presents their spin on Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. Always a good time!


Grignon Mansion Christmas Tours | Kaukauna

When: December 1-3, 8-10
Where: Grignon Mansion
Time: Friday 5-8 pm, Saturday 1-7 pm, Sunday Noon-4 pm
Details: Admissions: $8 Adults, $5 Ages 6-17, Ages 5 & Under Free. Enjoy candlelight tours after dark, live music, crafts, cookie decorating, hot spiced cider and eggnog samples. There will be trolley rides by Lamers on Saturday from 4pm – 7pm and horse-drawn carriage rides by First Hitch on Sunday from 12:30pm– 4:30pm.


A Very Neenah Christmas | Downtown Neenah

1st Annual Cookies with Santa | Green Bay

Where: YWCA Greater Green Bay
Time: 1:30-3:30 pm
Details: Green Bay ARea Moms Blog is hosting its 1st Annual Cookies with Santa. Tickets are $7/child. Adults free with non-perishable item.  Ticket includes 1 downloadable image with Santa, interactive family games, face painting, crafts, cookies and hot chocolate. Hope to see you there!


Christmas in the Air | Oshkosh

When: December 2
Where: EAA Aviation Museum
Time: Breakfast 8-9:30 am; General Event 10 am – 4 pm
Details: Enjoy music, dance and other holiday festivities. Santa arrives by helicopter! Enjoy breakfast with Santa.  Cost is $10/child (4 and under free), Adults $15. Reservations required.


Christmas in the Village | Mishicot

When: December 2
Where: EAA Aviation Museum
Time: 10 am – 2 pm
Details: Enjoy wagon rides, activities, food, and shopping. Breakfast with Santa prior at Fox Hills Resort  8-10:30. Tickets fro breakfast are  $8 in advance 3 & up, $9 at the door. 


Santa on the Tugboat | Sturgeon Bay

When: December 2
Where: Door County Maritime Museum
Time: 10 am – 1 pm
Details: Join Santa onboard the historic tugboat John Purves to share your Christmas wishes. Due to the size of the tug, only two adults can accompany each child. Adult museum admission includes Santa visit. Featuring children’s entertainer, Randy Peterson.

Details: This year’s theme: World War 1 Christmas. Experience Christmas during this era with war-themed holiday activities. Admission is $10 for adults, $7 for children age 5 to 17, under age 5 is free.

Snow Sisters Sing-a-long | Oshkosh

Winter Solstice 2017 | Sherwood

Time: 4-7 pm
Details: Free photos with Santa, local carolers, a tree lighting ceremony, large communal bonfire, and complimentary hot beverages for attendees. Canned food or monetary donation enters you i drawing to win prizes from lcoal businesses.
