Tis the season! Beer, food, music, and fun! In fact, as soon as the leaves start to change I am pretty certain nearly everyone claims some German ancestry. The great news is there are still many family-friendly Oktoberfest celebrations left to enjoy. Let us know your favorite!
11th Annual Oktoberfest-Lorelai Inn (Green Bay) :: Great food and beer! It doesn’t get better than this. Opens 9/22 at 3 pm. Cougars play from 5-9 pm. Opens 9/23 at noon. Greatest Hits Polka Band 12-4 pm, Big Mouth & the Power Tools Horns 5-10 pm.
Appleton Octoberfest :: If you love food and enjoy a cold brew, this is for you! Even better? Proceeds support local nonprofits!
Shawano Octoberfest (Sept 30th only) :: Enjoy live music, food, beer, craft vendors and more!
8th Annual Oktoberfest (Crooked Lake/Lakewood area; October 7th only) :: Beer garden, crafts, hayrides, pumpkin decorating, minnow races , music and more! Pig roast from 1-5 pm. See website for ticket prices. Opens at 11 am.
Northeast Wisconsin Craft Beer Festival (Resch Center, October 7th only) :: More than 200 beers, 50 breweries and unlimited sampling. Receive a sampling glass and have access to unlimited two-ounce samples of beer and light fare hors d’oeurves. See website for ticket prices. 6-9 pm.
Oshkosh Oktoberfest (October 7th only) :: 11 am – 11 pm. Enjoy all things German. Beer, food, and music all while supporting Oshkosh area charities.
