January 6: Green Bay Packers Pep Rally 3:30 pm | Go Pack Go! The city of Green Bay will hold a a pep rally at 3:30 p.m. at the Packers Heritage Trail Monument in downtown Green Bay.
January 6: Frozen Sing a Long 6:30-8 pm | Emanuel Lutheran Church & Learning Center | Doors will open at 6:30 and story time will begin promptly at 6:45. Following story time get ready to sing some of your favorite songs from Frozen. We will conclude the night with a photo meet and greet.
January 6: Friday Night Movie – Alice through the Looking Glass 7 pm | Muehl Public Library, Seymour | Free Movie Night!
January 6: Teen Night at the Kroc Center presented by WIXX 8-11 pm | Kroc Center, Green Bay | Teens-only night at the Kroc Community Center. Enjoy their Aquatics Center, Gym and Game Room which will be open late for teens! Snack on pizza and soda while listening to WIXX.
January 6: Bill Engvall 7 pm & 9:30 pm | Oshkosh Opera House | Fun date night idea! Bill Envall is a Grammy-nominated, multiplatinum selling recording artist and one of the top comedians in the country. Tickets range in price from $35-$65.
January 7: Appleton Winter Farm Market 9 am-12:30 pm | City Center Plaza located at 10 E. College Avenue | Up to 50 vendors selling fruits & vegetables, meats, cheeses & eggs, breads & baked goods, eggrolls, popcorns, specialty foods and handcrafted items.
January 7: Winter Farmer’s Market – Oshkosh 9 am-12:30 pm | Merrill Middle School, Oshkosh | Approx. 40 vendors every Saturday morning offering fresh, in-season fruits and vegetables, eggs, honey, syrups, cheeses, pasture-raised meats and poultry, fish, jams and preserves. A variety of handcrafted items are also available throughout the season. Live music from 9:30 until 12:30.
January 7: Home Depot Kids Workshop 9 am-12 pm | East & West Green Bay, East Appleton & Grand Chute locations | Children will be building and painting a toolbox. FREE!
January 7: Activity Days at School House 10 am-3 pm | School House, Green Bay | FREE fun, hands-on activities.
January 7: Kids Club: Sprout Kindness Box 10 am- 12 pm | Michael’s Stores (Green Bay & Grand Chute locations) | Activity for kids 3 and up. $2.
January 7: Open Gym for Kids 1-4 pm | Ferber Elementary School, Appleton | Great way to stay active in the winter! A variety of sports equipment and activities will be provided.
January 7: Family Laser and/or Astronomy Shows (various times) | Barlow Planetarium, Menasha | Various shows to choose from starting at 1:15. Ticket prices vary.
January 7: Packers Everywhere Pep Rally | Tundra Tailgate Zone outside Lambeau Field | Packers President & CEO Mark Murphy and Packers alumni will be there. FREE! Go Pack Go!
January 7: Family Nights 6:30-9 pm | YMCA – Fox West, Greenville | Activities are for families only. Children must be from the same family and accompanied by an adult. Free for Y members. General Public: $3/person or $15/family maximum.
January 8: 2017 Winter Craft & Vendor Event 9 am – 3 pm | The Grand Meridian, Appleton | Proceeds support Fox Valley Veterans Council.
January 8: Sensory Sunday at Sky Zone Trampoline Park 10 am -2 pm | Appleton | Sky Zone turns down the music and dials down the distractions for children and adults (and their family and friends) with special needs. $10 to jump $2 for reusable Sky Socks.
January 8: Pass the Paint, Pass the Wine 7-9 pm | The Green Room Lounge, De Pere | This sounds like a perfect GNO or date night! $20 gets you canvas, paint, brushes, and a bottomless glass of wine/soda ($10 if you are a “dry” painter). For an extra $10 you get to take your painting home with you; otherwise, they are displayed at the Green Room for all to enjoy. Improvised & collaborative painting.
